My Experience

I have 10 years of experience working as a mainstream and a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, supporting children with a variety of needs including [e.g., autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, physical disabilities, etc.].

My key responsibilities included:

One-to-one and small group support: Providing tailored academic and emotional support based on each pupil’s Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Classroom support: Assisting the teacher in managing the classroom, adapting learning materials, and implementing differentiated instruction.
Behavioral support: Using positive behavior strategies and de-escalation techniques to help students manage their emotions and improve social interaction.
Communication and collaboration: Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals (e.g., speech therapists, educational psychologists) to ensure holistic support.

I am available in summer holidays and half term too.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

I charge £12 per hour for one child and 14 pounds for two children per hour
