My Requirements

School pick-up is essential — a full, clean driving licence and access to a reliable car would be preferred/required depending on the school location.

Understanding of supporting a child with ADHD and autism, understanding of neurodiversity, emotional regulation and different behavioural needs.

Patient, calm and consistent approach, particularly during challenging moments or transitions.

Able to provide a safe, nurturing and structured environment for all three children.

Comfortable managing after-school routines, including snacks, homework, activities, play and getting the children organised for the evening.

Happy to help with light household duties, such as tidying children's areas, children's laundry, keeping the kitchen/house tidy and preparing simple family meals.

Organised and able to manage competing priorities in a busy household.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with parents.

Reliable, punctual and trustworthy, with a proactive attitude.

Able to use initiative and work independently when required.

First Aid training and an enhanced DBS check would be desirable.
