My Experience
I dont have all the qualifications people generally expect when looking after children, i only passed my level 1 in childcare in college, due to falling pregnant with my first baby. I was 16 when i fell pregnant with her, 17 when she was born, but having my own 3 children and raising them to adulthood, is, for me, has taught me so much and given me the hands on experience to be able to look after others.

- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
£10 an hour upto 2 children
If you have more than 2 children you need a babysitter for then it would be an extra £2 on top of per hour.

In our endless search for a reliable babysitter who could manage our special needs child, we stumbled across Lizzie, she was straight on board to help us in an emergency situation. We trialled many people with endless qualifications but what we really needed was a mum! Our children adore and respect Lizzie, there's such a calm atmosphere in the house when she's here.
Lizzie is very responsive and bends over backwards to accommodate short notice changes. Our disabled daughter has complex needs and has difficulty bonding with others, she is often combative and has a strong urge to run, she adores Lizzie and we always feel confident that she can manage our child's behaviours and have absolutely no anxiety about her caring for our children.
She has already taught our children so much, and includes our 8 year old in the tea time routine to teach him basic cooking skills. We've found our very own Mary Poppins and already feel like she is more than just a babysitter. Whilst Lizzie may not have a huge folder full of certificates, she has a huge heart, common sense and the patience of a saint. I come home from work and my house is cleaner than I left it!
