About Me
My name is Marie and I am a twenty-one-year-old student from Berlin, Germany. I study Law at King's College London. Apart from law, I am also interested in travelling, getting to know other cultures and foods. I am open-minded and can find almost anything interesting. In my free time, I like to meet with friends, go swimming or go to the park. I also enjoy reading books and newspapers as well as going out to theatres, concerts or to the cinema.
My Experience
From the past I have experience working with children. For instance I led the mediation extracurricular at my school and taught younger peers how to resolve conflicts. I was also a private tutor while in high school and I worked as a tutor for a company in Germany. I also speak German, English and Spanish which has proven to be useful in my tutoring sessions. Academic skills have always come quite easily to me and I have found pleasure in being able to pass these on.
Additionally I spent the last academic year working as a live-in nanny with three children aged between two and eight.
My Qualifications
I passed my German Abitur (A-levels) with a grade of 1.3. I also did some training for my past position as a tutor in Germany.
My Availability
My availability depends on my schedule at uni.
