About Me

Hi, My name is Macy!! I’m an experienced and responsible babysitter with a strong background in caring for children of all ages and needs. As the eldest of seven siblings, I’ve spent much of my life helping raise and support my younger brothers and sisters, all of whom are neurodivergent (with ADHD and autism). One of my siblings also has multiple severe allergies, so I’m very familiar with managing dietary restrictions, administering medication, and handling emergency situations calmly and safely.

From a young age, I took on the role of a young carer in my family. This has given me not only hands-on childcare experience, but also patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. I understand how important routine, reassurance, and understanding are—especially for children who might need a little extra support.

Outside of my family, I’ve worked at a zoo where I regularly interacted with visiting children, helping to educate and engage them with animals in a fun and safe environment. I love working with kids and creating a warm, positive atmosphere for them to feel secure and happy.
