My Experience

I’ve worked with toddlers to newborns for over 15 years from school pick ups and park trips to making light meals. Supporting families during the precious yet often challenging early stages of parenthood.

Primarily, I provide overnight care for newborns and infants, allowing parents to rest and recuperate. My focus is structured, attentive care during the night, ensuring that both baby and parents experience a smoother transition into new routines.

These responsibilities include:

Bottle feed/bringing baby to mother supporting you in finding what works best for you and your baby, ensuring feeding is well established

Winding, nappy changes, dressing, and settling

Helping baby find a healthy sleeping pattern soothing them into sleep

Cleaning and sterilising bottles and feeding equipment.

Maintaining a calm sleeping environment throughout the night whilst respecting the family’s values and approach.

Previously I worked as a healthcare assistant where I stayed for a period of 2weeks in-house carer providing emotional/physical support which helped me gain skills and knowledge.

I aim to make families feel supported, informed, and confident as they settle into life with their baby.

I am competent and always eager to learn and develop new skills to strengthen my existing ones.
