Hello my name is Aida I am a babysitter/night nanny.
Over the years I’ve always loved childminding growing up with a small family I’ve always wanted to help others.

I’ve worked with toddlers to newborns for over 15 years from school pick ups and park trips to making light meals. Supporting families during the precious yet often challenging early stages of parenthood.
Primarily, I provide overnight care for newborns and infants, allowing parents to rest and recuperate. My focus is structured, attentive care during the night, ensuring that both baby and parents experience a smoother transition into new routines.
These responsibilities include:
Bottle feed/bringing baby to mother supporting you in finding what works best for you and your baby, ensuring feeding is well established
Winding, nappy changes, dressing, and settling
Helping baby find a healthy sleeping pattern soothing them into sleep
Cleaning and sterilising bottles and feeding equipment.
Maintaining a calm sleeping environment throughout the night whilst respecting the family’s values and approach.
Previously I worked as a healthcare assistant where I stayed for a period of 2weeks in-house carer providing emotional/physical support which helped me gain skills and knowledge.
I aim to make families feel supported, informed, and confident as they settle into life with their baby.
I am competent and always eager to learn and develop new skills to strengthen my existing ones.

Aida cared for our two boys (ages 2.5 and 4.5) for four weeks while we were staying in London, and she was absolutely wonderful. As a family visiting from Miami, FL and new to the city, we were initially nervous about hiring a nanny. Aida immediately put us at ease by providing her background check, first aid certification, and references.
She was always reliable, punctual, kind, and easy to communicate with. During the first week, she spent time with the boys in our flat, creating fun and imaginative games that kept them entertained and happy. They quickly grew to love her and looked forward to seeing her every day.
As we became more comfortable, Aida took them on stroller rides, to the park, and on little outings. She was always respectful of our instructions and checked with us before doing anything new. She even asked permission to buy them ice cream, which they absolutely loved!
What impressed us most was the genuine connection she built with our children. By the end of our time together, we completely trusted her, and the boys were always excited when she arrived. She even made their last day extra special by organizing a picnic at the park, which they loved.
Aida was a pleasure to work with, and we would not hesitate to recommend her to any family looking for a caring, trustworthy, and dependable nanny.

We had Aida babysit our children for 10 hours and they enjoyed having her around. She talked to them, played with them and was fully engaged.

Aida has been an absolute gem for our family. From the very beginning, she built a natural and trusting connection with our baby, bringing a calm, warm, and attentive presence that immediately put us at ease. She is incredibly reliable, punctual, and thoughtful in the way she approaches childcare.
Aida is not only caring and patient, but also very engaged, she takes the time to interact, play, and support development in a gentle and nurturing way. She is intuitive to our baby’s needs and handles everything with confidence and kindness, even in more challenging moments.
We fully trust her and always feel comfortable leaving our child in her care, which says everything. Any family would be lucky to have Aida.

Our experience with Aida was very positive, albeit short-lived due to scheduling reasons. Aida was great in dealing with my new born twins, exhibiting a relaxed and positive attitude and gentle care for the babies. I do indeed hope to be able to get Aida’s help again in the future.
