I have hands-on experience working as a teaching assistant with children from Reception up to Year 4. My Experience
I’ve worked as an assistant teacher with children across a range of year groups, from Reception to Year 4. This experience gave me the chance to support pupils at different stages of their development, helping with everything from early reading and phonics to more structured lessons like maths and writing. I supported the classroom teacher with day-to-day tasks, worked with small groups and one-to-one, and helped manage behaviour in a calm and supportive way. I learned how to adapt my approach depending on the age group and individual needs of the children, and I really enjoyed being part of their learning and growth.
My Qualifications
i am 18 years of age, i have a clear enhanced dbs check. i know basic safeguarding and first aid training. i have experience in being a nanny/ babysitter in the past.
