About Me
Hi Parents, my name is Tabitha. I'm a teaching assistant who has slowly transitioned into babysitting. I have 2 years of working in schools and 5 years of experience babysitting children from the age of 6 months - 14 years. I enjoy creating activities for the children to help in their learning development, as well as activities for leisure. I come from a creative background, having studied art and fashion, I'm more than happy to help your children/child explore their artistic sides. I'm Congolese and speak a bit of French just enough to get by.I look to provide a safe space for your children where they feel comfortable whilst you go to work/go out on a date night/ emergency outing, and also for the stay at home parent.
My Experience
My experience in teaching has mainly been in nurseries and primary schools, supporting KS1 and KS2 children in both classroom learning and emotional development. This has given me a solid understanding of different age groups, routines, and how to adapt care to individual needs.
I have been babysitting for 5 years for families with children aged 0–10. I create a warm, fun, and safe environment where children feel comfortable and engaged, whether it’s through creative play, stories, or helping with homework
