About Me

Hello! I am interested in Babysitting, I love working with young people and would love to introduce a bit about me.

I went to the USA last summer to be a summer camp counsellor and I was responsible for my campers age 5-17. I encouraged them to get over fears, take reasonable risks and have a lot of fun in the process. But, safety was always our top priority. I learnt lots about independence, resilience and communication while I was out there. When I got home, I wanted to continue working with young people in an active environment. So, I was lucky enough to land a job as an indoor climbing instructor. I ran the after-school clubs during the week and birthday parties at weekends. I also have 4 younger cousins and a younger brother who I have looked after lots of times.

I have completed a lot of First Aid Training and have been doing it from a young age at Air Cadets building up to teaching it at my squadron. I have then extended my knowledge to opportunities like first aid at work, Outdoor Activity first aid (at Camp America), Paediatric First Aid and most recently I was trained to a first responding level as a flight attendant.
