I’m a student who has had a lot of babysitting experience - ranging from babysitting my own sibling, to children of friends/ acquaintances/ other family. I love to play with kids and help them explore creative ways to stay clear of boredom, and I’ve been told I get on with children of all ages really well upon first meeting :)
My Experience
I’ve babysat my sister (as a newborn and also as a toddler when she was growing up), I’ve also had experience with babysitting my neighbour’s nieces when she would be attending hospital visits. I’ve babysat my cousins and children of other friends (people I have met from school/ work who offered me these opportunities to take care of their children/ siblings when they were busy). As a side note, I’ve also worked as a party host and took care of children of all ages when preparing their parties and playing with them at times too, along with setting up their rooms and giving out food.
My Qualifications
I have been taught first aid in my party host job briefly.
