About Me
I am a warm, reliable, and dedicated nanny with over three years of experience caring for babies, toddlers, and young children in family homes. I hold an up-to-date DBS and a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
I am passionate about early childhood development and enjoy creating safe, fun, and nurturing environments that support each child’s emotional, social, and learning growth through indoor and outdoor play.
I plan and deliver age-appropriate and inclusive activities tailored to each child’s needs. I also include Spanish as an option in daily routines to help children learn another language through stories, songs, and games in a natural and enjoyable way.
My experience includes working as a Pupil Officer in a primary school, a play leader at a holiday club, and a Family Development Worker for Children’s Services. I have also worked as a Summer Camp Coordinator and volunteered for over three years with Barnardo’s children’s charity, supporting families with children with additional and neurodivergent needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, dancing, painting, and staying active, these are activities I often share with the children I care for. I have recently completed training in; Children’s Trauma Awareness and supporting Children with
Neurodivergent Needs.
My Experience
Recently working with a family as a parti time nanny with a girl aged 16 months, and looking for a new opportunity to increase my hours.
I have worked with newborns 8 weeks old, toddlers and schoolchildren aged 5-11.
Also, I am a mum of a 7 year old boy.
My Qualifications
Full Paediatric First Aid 2023-2026
PGCert, 2021-2022 Social and Educational intervention in school and family issues.
PGCert (HE Level 7) 2020-2021 Understanding & Managing Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties in children and young people.
Bachelor´s Degree, 2009-2013 BSc Social Education
My Availability
My availability is : Mondays and Fridays between 9:00 to 17:00. (However I would love to meet your needs and get together with the best agreement)
Weekends are opened for request in advance please.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)
Charges vary from; 18-20p/h depends on location and number of children.
Evening babysitting 16-20 p/h depends on location, number of children and their ages
Salary negotiable
My Local Schools
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Kings Furlong Junior School
- I provide drop offs and pick ups at Kings Furlong Infant School and Nursery
