I go to the University of Exeter, studying Law, in the past year I have been nannying for a lovely family with their 7 and 10 year old children. Due to a change in circumstance I am now looking for a new family to help this coming September as a live out nanny, ideally 3-4 days after school, however am flexible with my hours to suit your needs and mine. Alongside this I have a fully up-to-date DBS and my own car :)
My Experience
Before university I had ad hoc babysitting experience both within and outside of my relatives, I also volunteered for two years at an SEN evening activity center. Since coming to university in September of last year I have held a weekly nanny position. Organising after school activities, preparing dinner and performing light housework maintaining a tidy area for various activities, I couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunity to have worked there for two amazing children aged 7 and 10. In this position I made use of previous tutoring positions to transfer this skill in helping prepare one of the children for her 11+ exams and completing all homework with both children after school.
My Qualifications
First aid training for children, up-to-date DBS
I am open to the potential of getting an ofsted qualification if that is a deal breaker, please don’t let that deter you from reaching out :)
My Availability
3-4 days after school/ evening childcare, a more permanent schedule can be arranged closer to September when I have my weekly seminar and lecture timetable. I may be able to do more daytimes if needed as well, however this is dependent on my schedule so at this point I’ll give as much availability as possible.
