Hello Parents!
I’m Scarlett- a trustworthy, fun and hands-on babysitter who loves getting involved- whether that’s baking, doing crafts, or heading out for little adventures. I always aim to make sure the time we spend together is relaxed, engaging, and enjoyable!
I’ve looked after children of various ages and always aim to create a safe, happy environment where they feel comfortable, confident, and free to be themselves.
I’m also always happy to help with homework or school tasks when needed. Having completed the GCSE and A-Levels examinations, I can offer support in subjects like English, Maths and Science in a way that feels fun and encouraging for younger children!
Outside of childcare, I’m a first-year accountancy student, which helps me stay organised and dependable - but nothing beats the joy of spending time with children and being someone they can trust and rely on!
My Experience
I’ve looked after children of various ages, from around 4 to 12, mainly through regular babysitting and helping out with local families. I’ve supported after-school care, planned fun and creative activities like crafts and baking, and always aim to create a calm, happy space where children feel comfortable and engaged.
As part of my experience, I’ve also supported children with homework when needed - including 11+ prep and general help on in subjects like Maths, English, and Science. While my main role is childcare, I’m always happy to offer a bit of learning support in a relaxed, encouraging way!
