Hello, I’m Demonté, I am a qualified social worker with extensive experience supporting children and families in various settings. Over the years, I have worked with children of different ages, backgrounds, and needs, always focusing on their safety, wellbeing, and emotional development.
My professional journey has given me:
Strong safeguarding knowledge – ensuring children are protected and cared for safely
Child development understanding – supporting their learning, routines, and confidence
Behaviour management skills – creating calm, positive environments even in challenging situations
Empathy and patience – helping children feel comfortable, listened to, and valued
As a social worker, I have built trusting relationships with families and professionals alike. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident that their children are safe, happy, and well cared for. This is what I bring into my babysitting services every day.
Why I Started Babysitting Professionally:
I am the eldest daughter and I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember. I decided to start Babysitting to offer parents high-quality, reliable childcare rooted in professional standards and genuine care. I believe every child deserves to feel secure and nurtured, and every parent deserves peace of mind when they are away.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified, practicing social worker. I completed university and achieved a BA Hons 2.1 within Social Work.

Limited availability as I currently work with families on set days.
FULLY BOOKED- School taxi service/ breakfast club at my home/ your home - x2 spaces available from 07:00am until school drop off time.
FULLY BOOKED -School pick up - Fully booked ; I work with families on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 15:00-18:00pm.
PRICES VARY- Available- Emergency/ AdHoc babysitting available, weekend babysitting available and overnight babysitting available.

Having Dee as our son’s nanny during the six weeks of school summer holidays has been an absolute blessing. Because our son has SEND and requires extra support, finding the right person can be daunting, but Dee has been a complete godsend to us.
She is exceptionally kind, knows how to set the right boundaries, and consistently goes above and beyond to be helpful and make activities genuinely fun. Our son absolutely adores her, and it has been wonderful to watch him feel completely comfortable and be 100% himself around her.
We are so grateful we found her, and we already know she will be our go-to person for the upcoming school holidays and any future care we need.

Dee is a really lovely, lively and caring nanny who has cared for our three children for a few months now. They are always so excited for the days they are with Dee as she is always planning such fun activities for them and supporting them with their learning, social skills and development.
