My Summary

My Experience

I began babysitting during school for children aged 3 years +. I then went on to gain work experience within local primary schools. This led me to go and volunteer in Fiji for 6 weeks, where I worked within the community to support their local primary school. This then led me to complete a Bachelor of Arts in Early and Primary Years Education at the University of Sussex, gaining a first. During my time at university, I completed placements with children aged 2-9 years old. Alongside this, I did private tutoring and nannying for an autistic child across my 3 years there. Since university, I have worked as a ski instructor where I developed children's confidence and ability within the sport, working closely with children from the age of 2- 16 years old. Once back in England, I have been working as a supply primary school teacher around local primary schools, gaining further experience supporting children. I enjoy supporting children's holistic growth, helping them develop academically, mentally and physically.

My Qualifications

First Class BA in Early and Primary Years Education from the University of Sussex.
Level 2 BASI ski instructor.
