I am a mum to 13 & 10 year old active boys.
I am 41 years old and have been a stay home hands on mum during my children’s up bringing and only worked around their school hours. I have been very busy with them in their early years taking them to baby groups, sensory play groups, rhyme time, baby massage, dancing toys, the library and more.
We are a family that love the outdoors, with sports hiking, being in nature and enjoying being in the garden. I’m a qualified yoga teacher and so movement, nature and the great outdoors is weaved into my philosophy.
I’m a qualified & passionate naturopathic health coach & so I like to cook and encourage a balanced healthy lifestyle for myself & my children.

I’m proactive, organised & experienced in organising a family home and being a present mum.
