About Me

Hi! I’m Naomi, a friendly and responsible childcare helper who loves spending time with kids. I have experience working in nurseries and teaching KS1 and KS2 children, especially with maths. I enjoy creating fun, educational activities and making sure every child feels safe and happy.

I’m patient, kind, and great at building trusting relationships — I even have a little sister, so I know what it takes to care for children with love and attention. When I’m not working with kids, I enjoy reading, movies, and spending time with family.

My Experience

I have several years of experience working with children, both professionally and personally. I’ve worked in a nursery setting, supporting babies and young children, and have also taught KS1 and KS2 children in Maths, which has given me a strong understanding of how to communicate with and support children of different ages.

In addition, I’ve helped look after my younger sister since she was a baby (she’s now 8!), so I’m confident with routines, meals, school support, and playtime. I’m patient, warm, and love creating a fun and safe environment for children to learn, relax and enjoy themselves.

My Qualifications

Experience working in a nursery with children aged 0–5
• Experience teaching KS1 & KS2 Maths
• Currently pursuing A-Levels / student with strong childcare background
• Safeguarding awareness through nursery work
• Strong understanding of child routines, development, and learning through hands-on experience
• Familiar with school pick-up/drop-off routines and homework help
• Comfortable with children with different needs and personalities

I’m currently available any day of the week, including weekends, and can offer both daytime and evening care depending on your needs. I’m happy to help with last-minute babysitting, regular after-school care, or full-day support during holidays.
