About Me
Hi! I'm a friendly and fun Primary tutor. I know how children learn and how to keep them engaged. I never lose patience and always work to find the right approach for each child, making sure they enjoy the process, understand the material, and notice their own progress.
What inspires me most is seeing children realise they can do more than they thought. I believe every child deserves to feel successful and enjoy learning.
My Experience
I’ve taught in several primary schools across London, where I supported children from a wide range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds. I am fully qualified to teach all primary school subjects in the UK and hold the Cambridge CELTA qualification, which allows me to teach English as an Additional Language (EAL) to both children and adults.
I’m familiar with the UK National Curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2, and can support preparation for SATs in English and Maths.
I have over three years of experience teaching English online to children aged 6 and up, teenagers, and adults. I adapt each lesson to suit the student’s level and goals, helping them grow in confidence and fluency. My experience working with EAL pupils in UK primary schools also means I know how to support learners who are still developing their English alongside the curriculum.
My Qualifications
I hold a Master’s degree in Education from St. Petersburg and completed the Primary PGCE programme at University College London (UCL), consistently ranked the world’s top university for Education (QS World University Rankings). My training at UCL gave me a strong foundation in teaching methodologies, child development and curriculum design.
