My background includes hands-on childcare through roles such as au pairing in Italy and Jordan, where I cared for children aged 4 and 6, introduced educational play, and supported language development. I have also assisted in teaching dance classes for children aged 3 to 16, planning lessons, leading activities, and managing groups independently. These roles strengthened my ability to create safe, engaging environments that encourage children’s confidence and creativity.
I’m also from a family of 6 kids so I have always been surrounded by children both in my childhood and adult life. 2 of my brothers have autism also, so I am well experienced with children with additional needs.
My Qualifications
I recently left my job in construction. I have construction related degrees but have decided I want to pursue a career in medicine so o am applying to get into 2026 entry at Ulster university.
