Simply outstanding

What can I say? Lu has been a phenomenal addition to our home and family. Not only has she supported our daughter’s development in remarkable ways, but she has also helped me find my confidence as a first-time mum, giving me the courage to navigate an entirely new chapter.

Watching our daughter’s face light up every day when Lu arrived was nothing short of magical. Lu joined us when our daughter was just six months old, at the point when I returned to work. In a very short space of time, she helped her progress from early developmental stages to sitting unsupported, supported standing, and engaging in structured, purposeful play. Lu positive influence is evident every day in the milestones we’re lucky enough to witness, as well as in the happiness she brings.

From day one, Lu seamlessly became part of our home, integrating naturally into our family dynamic. She is incredibly open and collaborative in her communication, always ensuring we can make decisions together—whether that’s navigating sleep regressions, managing teething, or introducing allergens into our daughter’s diet. Her support has been invaluable, and it’s genuinely difficult to find any area where she hasn’t exceeded expectations.

Lu shared daily updates about their time together, often including photos, which meant we never felt like we were missing out. Her communication and ability to put me at ease made all the difference in my return to work, enabling a smooth transition from maternity leave to full-time working mother.

Lu’s passion for childcare shines through in everything she does. She will be greatly missed, but I have no doubt she will be an incredible asset to any family she works with in the future.

Positive visit to a lovely setting
