My Experience

Helping in my mother’s pediatric clinic
I grew up assisting my mother, a paediatrician, in her clinic. From her, I learned first aid basics, empathy, and how to communicate effectively with children. This experience taught me how to care for children in a safe and nurturing way, and gave me a deep understanding of their needs.

Summer camp / Babysitting for five girls
This year, I ran a two-week summer camp in Milan for five 10-year-old girls, managing all activities independently. I organised creative projects, games, and learning activities, ensuring the children had a fun and enriching experience.

Babysitting for a young child
I have experience caring for a 3-year-old child of family friends, babysitting during several evenings over the years. This allowed me to gain confidence with children of different ages, from toddlers to older children.

Youth educator at my local parish (oratorio)
While in high school, I worked as a youth educator at my local parish for the month of June. Along with other volunteers my age, I supervised 30 children aged 4–10, organising activities, arts and crafts, and helping them with homework. This role helped me develop leadership, planning skills, and the ability to engage and motivate groups of children.

Achieved strong academic results (93/100 on final exam); extensive study of multiple languages (Italian, English, French, Spanish, Portuguese).

First Aid / Pediatric Care (practical experience)
Learned the basics of first aid, child care, and communication with children while assisting my mother in her pediatric clinic.

Summer Camp Leadership

My Availability

I am available two to three times per week. During weekdays, I am available after 7:00 pm, as my university courses (at Rose Bruford College) usually run until late afternoon. On weekends, I am available during the day.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour

My minimum rate is £20 per hour, but this can vary depending on the number of hours and the type of activities involved. I’m happy to discuss fees with families to find a solution that works well for everyone, and ensure the children have a fun, safe, and enriching experience.
