About Me
Hi! I’m a student teacher, currently home for the summer before completing my degree back in York in October! I love working with, educating and taking care of children - it’s my passion! I enjoy reading, completing little craft projects, and travelling! I am looking for babysitting or tutoring positions whilst I am home, and am happy to continue when I return after Christmas!
My Experience
I have worked with children my entire life! As a teenager, I was a babysitter every weekend, and have since completed a degree in Education Studies and am nearly a qualified Primary School teacher, with a specialism in Early Years. During my education, I have completed placements in settings from Nursery to Year 6, including environments dedicated to Special Educational Needs.
My Qualifications
I have a degree in Education Studies and have nearly completed my PGCE in Primary Teaching, which qualifies me to be a Primary School Teacher. I have a DBS check on the Update Service, and have completed various training courses throughout my studies including First Aid and Safeguarding. I also have experience in Special Educational Needs, especially children with Autism and ADHD.
My Availability
From now until the end of September, my availability is practically wide open! I am also happy to discuss arrangements for when I return :)
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
I am opening to discussing fees and payment options, depending on the situation!
