About Me
I have a 16 month old daughter and a 9 year old step son.
Working with children is where my passion lies, and I fully intend on going back to university part time to study child development once my daughter is a little older.
I have recently moved to harwich from Brighton.
I have colourful hair and a quirky dress sense.
I love getting outdoors in nature, love lots of different types of music, arts and crafts, baking, cooking and practicing mindfulness.
I am happy to apply for a current DBS check once I have confirmation of a job.
I also have up to date flu and Covid vaccines each year due to asthma.
My Experience
I have personal experience as I have my own daughter who is currently 16 months old, and a 9 year old step son who has SEN needs and lives with me full time.
I also had a large part in raising my ADHD younger brother.
I have worked as a support foster carer, and I have also worked with children with learning disabilities.
I completed two years of social work at university at a 2:1 level. However had to leave due to health complications at the time. I also have completed Alevels in health and social care.
My Qualifications
A-levels in health and social care.
2 years at degree level in social work: I studied at the university of Sussex.

I am quite flexible with my availability, except unable to do mornings before school.
