My Requirements
We're looking for a homely setting for our baby as a nursery just doesn't feel right. The right person would be loving, patient and calm with a focus on the children going outdoors a lot and learning about nature/ real life.

Ila has cared for our 15 month old for the last 6 months and we are so happy we found her! I trust Ila completely with my baby and never worry about how he is when he is there. He always reaches out for her when we arrive which I take as an amazing sign that he is super happy there.
Ila takes the children outside every day or to super fun things like softplay or a role play cafe. She does really inventive indoors activities that feel really fun but are also educational.
I love the completely personal way in which Ila works. Our son doesn't eat much and is a bad sleeper- both of which she has gone above and beyond to accommodate him to make sure he eats and sleeps whilst there.
I wouldn't change anything about how Ila looks after our baby and definitely won't be moving him anywhere else! Thank you Ila, we love you! xx
