Unhappy with Crisse’s service

Crisse has been regularly looking after my baby. I pay for a one-to-one babysitting service. Crisse has been taking my baby to ‘play’ with her sister’s multiple childminded children in either her own home or her sister’s home. After getting home yesterday, my baby’s bottom area stank of air freshener. It was also the first time that he had pooed in her care. When changing his nappy, I saw that the coloured pattern on the outside of the nappy had eroded and melted from spraying a copious amount of this spray on his bottom. It had stained his back green. Why on earth would you spray a baby with air freshener in the first place? It’s absolutely unacceptable, and makes me question whether he sat in his dirty nappy and she sprayed him to mask the smell instead of changing him immediately. When sending me a video of her home, she has another baby just sat in a bouncer staring at a television, alongside two other children on a sofa watching television. Is this what they do instead of playing? Not to mention that the ‘play area’ is the size of a small dining table. This is not a reputable service and I feel guilty for leaving my baby in her care.
