My Experience
I am a registered childminder assistant of 3 years. I work with my sister and have a great family rapport.
My daughter has autism. I have experience looking after children with SEN, Autism and ADHD. I care and support to children with SEN, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ADHD. This may involve implementing behavior management techniques, creating structured routines, fostering social skills development, and facilitating communication. Patience, empathy, understanding, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, being knowledgeable about SEN and staying updated on best practices in the field is crucial for effectively supporting children with any SEN. Crisse was absolutely wonderful with my 6 year old autistic daughter. She showed so much patience and understanding, which helped my daughter feel comfortable, safe and happy. I was a bit apprehensive at first as it was my first time using a babysitter, especially with my daughters attachment issues, complex needs and challenging behaviours but Crisse quickly put my mind at ease. She communicated with me throughout which I really appreciated and my daughter grew very fond of both Crisse and her daughter. I’ve already booked her again! I would highly recommend Crisse to any family looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and caring babysitter😊

We have hired Chrissy for a 3 hour babysitting including bedtime for our 4 year old daugther. From the get go, Chrissy made our daughter feels comfortable and listened to her describing her toys and games that she enjoys. Our daughter said she had a great time and lots of fun with her the next morning. We will definitely hire Chrissy for further babysitting.

I was delighted with Crisse's approach to my nearly 2 year old and 6 months old. My 2 year old has been drawn to her as soon as she walked through the door, which made me feel at ease. You know your kids are in good hands when they are with her. She is such an amazing person. I would not hesitate to hire her again!
