Family looking for a part time Nanny for our toddler
About Me
We are a friendly and loving family of four living in Combe Down, Bath, having recently moved to the area. We have two little boys — our eldest turns four in September and will be in the Kindergarten class at Monkton Combe Prep School, and our youngest will turn two in October.
We are primarily looking for a nanny to care for our younger son, Max, on Thursdays during September and October. Depending on the nanny and what works for both sides, we may also consider some support on Mondays, but Thursday is our main requirement.
Max is a happy, affectionate and easy-going little boy with no additional needs. His speech is excellent for his age, and he loves imaginative play, books and being outdoors. His current obsessions are aeroplanes and hot air balloons, so anyone who enjoys chatting, playing and exploring the world through a toddler’s eyes would be a great fit.
We have had a wonderful experience with our previous nanny, who cared for our boys for over two years and has kindly said she would happily recommend us as a family to work with. Unfortunately, following our move to Combe Down, she is unable to continue with us due to the change in location.
We are looking for someone kind, reliable and engaging who will enjoy spending quality time with Max and becoming a calm and positive part of our family for these two months.

Clara has cared for our young children (3 and 1 years old) and showed herself to be a kind and nurturing presence.
She formed a wonderful bond with them both and approached her role with love, warmth and care. She is punctual, reliable, and kept us updated on how the children were during the day, which we appreciated.
She very often brought her own resources for our children and took initiative in planning brilliant activities, really nurturing our children’s love of books and imaginative play.
We are so grateful for the time she spent with our family. We wish her every success going forward.
