About Me

After leaving university, I worked for many years in Banking in London. When I became a mother to my 2 boys I was lucky enough to become a full time stay at home mum, which I absolutely loved and felt very fortunate to be able to do. Motherhood opened a whole new world to me and when my boys were 4 years and 2 years of age, I found myself owning and running a soft play centre. Together with my husband, we made a great team and enjoyed making a success of the soft play centre for 7 years until we felt it was time for new adventures, however, Covid had other plans and I found myself back in office work longing to work with children and parents again. I am now a qualified Ofsted registered childminder with 3 places available from January 2026. My husband is self employed, semi retired, DBS checked and paediatric first aid trained so on the rare occasions I need an extra pair of hands he’s happy to step in and help out. Nature will be a key aspect of your child’s learning journey, our garden has amazing access to local wildlife, views and orchards. I am very approachable and understand the pressures and demands that juggling young children and working life bring. Looking after your child will be the absolute honour and privilege I had with my own and your child will be treated like one of the family - as will you! You can expect nothing less from me than high quality, worry free, reliable and honest childcare.
