About Me
Hi! I'm Mattie, I am a postgraduate student at the London School of Economics. I am very excited to be in London and I am looking for some part time work to support my studies. In my free time you can find me going on a run, or curled up in bed with a good book. I am also bilingual, I speak both English and French fluently. I am an animal lover, and I love exploring all of London's beautiful parks.
My Experience
I have over ten years of experience in childcare. For the past eight years, I worked at a summer arts camp as a counselor. I have worked with ages 6-11, and I have babysat from ages 1-10. I try to emphasize creativity and connecting with nature when I work with children. I love organizing activities, crafts, baking and walks with the children I work with. I am very fun, but I can be very strict. I prioritize safety and kindness.
My Qualifications
I have been a babysitter to multiple families since the age of eleven. I have spent eight years working at a summer arts camp, ultimately becoming a head counselor at eighteen. I have also worked as a French tutor for two years.
My Availability
I live in Central London, closer to Northwest neighborhoods and I would be easily available to families in Marylebone, Maida Vale, and St. John's Wood. My schedule has the most availability on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, with some availability on Tuesday afternoons after 3pm.
