About Me

My name is Jessica and I am a 20 year old student teacher from Ballymoney. During the week, I am a full time student teacher, attending lectures, undertaking placements and socialising with friends. On the weekends, I work part time in my local Tesco. In my spare time, I enjoy running and keeping active, as well as coffee shop dates and art!

My Experience

I am in my third year of a Primary Education degree, and therefore have undertaken multiple placements in schools both in Belfast and my local area. This substantial time in primary schools means I have gained valuable experience working with children across a range of year groups, with differing needs and abilities. Additionally, I have volunteered for many years as a leader within the Girl Guides.
My experience in these different settings means I am equipped with skills that enable me to form meaningful relationships with children and communicate effectively.

My Qualifications

I achieved A*AB in my A-Levels and am currently in my third year of a BEd Primary Education degree from Stranmillis University College. Due to the nature of my degree I undertake a full Access NI check every year.

My Availability

I am available during term time on Friday evenings, Saturday evenings and Sundays. During school holidays I am available when needed.
