Carole is Amazing

We were recommended Carole by another child minder from Childcare.co.uk who didn't have availability when we approached them.

Carole from the very first initial contact has been amazing. She is a brilliant communicator, everything is explained which makes us feel at ease leaving our little boy with her.

We were invited to see the premises prior to our little boy starting & her set up is really great, clean, safe and secure. Amazing grounds and play room.

Since starting with Carole in the new year, our little boy has literally thrived. He gets so excited when he recognises the property & literally beams upon Carole answering the front door (which is a great indication that Carole does a fantastic job of looking after and nurturing our boy). Carole is always happy to see our little boy & shows amazing compassion and care towards him.

Communication remains really good, we always get a handover at the end of the day & if there's anything else we get contacted through WhatsApp.
