About Me

I consider myself very friendly and approachable and I have alot of patience and passion where children are involved. My nursery experience has given me a level of professionalism and also allowed me to expand creatively when it comes to play! I'm super good at pretend-speaking on the phone and can encourage tasks that may be difficult such as mealtimes or those steps leading up to bedtime!
Unfortunately I have to add that I don't yet drive- but I'm happy to sort my own transport!

My Experience

I have got 6 years of experience working in nurseries at a few different settings. I was also raised around children (lots of siblings!) so have been helping out with children and babysitting for a long time.
I do in particular also have experience being 1:1 with multiple SEN children and helping support them and build a good relationship. My most recent/current experience also involves following the curiosity approach so I am well versed in that also. I hold both my level 2 and 3 in childcare, both of which I passed with distinctions, and with regards to SEND, I am currently in the process of completing my SENDCO training as of September.

My Qualifications

I have my Level 2 and 3 Childcare qualifications
I have my paediatric first aid (expires May 2027)
I have my Level 2 in Food Hygiene
I have done numerous courses on the side such as Understanding Autism, Autism and ADHD in girls, Safeguarding and Child Protection

My Availability

I am available all evenings in the week (Monday to Friday) and all day most Saturdays and Sundays

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £12.00 per hour

£12 p/h and I will also sort my own travel to and from the premise. Open to offers.
