We hired Natalie to look after our one year old for the day during a family wedding we were at and I couldn’t recommend her more. She was attentive and fun and my little one became attached to her straight off the bat due to her warm and caring nature. She also brought lots of her own toys and games to keep him entertained. I felt at ease leaving Oscar with her and she made sure to keep me updated throughout the day. I would definitely use Natalie again and really appreciate all of her help.

Aw thank you so much Carly, it was lovely to meet you and your lovely family! Oscar was such a joy to look after!! I’m glad he enjoyed the toys and his time at the wedding 🥰
Unfortunately Isobel let us down two days in a row despite reassuring us that she would definitely be with us on the second day despite cancelling last minute on the first. She continued to leave us hanging during this day by changing the time she was able to get to he by and eventually just stopped responding - and has yet to offer any kind of apology or reasoning. This really disrupted our plans and interfered with work. I understand things happen and I was more than reasonable when she initially cancelled and also when she left us waiting - so the unprofessional way this was handled is really disappointing
