About Me
I provide reliable, nurturing childcare with a strong focus on creating a safe, calm, and engaging environment for children of all ages. My Experience
I worked as an assistant to a childminder for nine months, caring for three babies under one year old and a two-year-old throughout the day. My responsibilities included meeting all their daily needs—feeding, nappy changes, nap routines, play, and general nurturing. We also provided after-school care, which involved collecting children from school, preparing their meals, engaging them in games, and organising a mix of planned and spontaneous activities to keep them entertained.
Additionally, I have been an English as a Foreign Language tutor, as well as a tutor for KS2 and KS3 English, for the past ten years. Most of my tutoring has taken place in students’ homes, where I have been responsible not only for their academic support but also for their well-being and supervision during sessions.
I also have many friends with children of various ages, and I frequently help care for them—assisting with mealtimes, play, homework, and outings so their parents can have a well-deserved break.
My Qualifications
I have a CELTA pass B qualification.
Holder of a Full Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service.
