I am a caring, patient and dependable childminder who truly enjoys supporting children’s development and creating a warm, positive environment for them to grow. I value building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents and I always prioritise safety, comfort and clear communication.
I enjoy planning fun age-appropriate activities that encourage creativity, independence and learning — whether that’s reading stories, doing crafts and exploring outdoors or supporting early learning skills. I am confident working with children of different ages and adapting to their individual needs, routines and personalities.
I am responsible, organised and calm under pressure. I always strive to make sure every child feels heard, supported and secure in my care. My goal is to provide a nurturing, engaging environment where children feel happy, safe and excited to spend time.
My Experience
I have strong childcare experience gained through regularly caring for children from infancy to early primary age. My role has included creating structured routines, supporting developmental milestones, encouraging speech and early learning and managing safe, stimulating play. I work in partnership with parents and maintain a calm, responsible attitude at all times.

Such a warm, lovely and caring environment. I feel completely comfortable leaving my son, I've also seen so much improvement in my son's confidence and communication development. Highly recommend Ladybird childcare
