Hello, I’m Rachel - I’m a Birth and Postnatal Doula based in Wymondham, Norfolk, where I live with my husband and our two daughters.

My Experience

My own experiences of pregnancy and birth showed me just how powerful it is to feel held, heard and supported. That deep knowing led me to leave my career in policing and devote myself to walking alongside families during this precious time.
As a doula, I offer a calm, steady presence - someone to listen, hold space, reassure and gently guide you through pregnancy, birth and the early few weeks of life with your new baby. I believe every family deserves to feel safe, informed and lovingly supported.

My Qualifications

- Birth & Postnatal Doula training by Nurturing Birth

My Availability

I offer weekday and evening postnatal support. Weekend visits can be arranged for an additional fee.
