Hi, I’m Lucy and I’m a friendly, trustworthy and responsible babysitter based in Dunvant. I’m currently in sixth form doing my A levels, so I’m mainly available on weekday evenings and all day on weekends. I really enjoy spending time with children, keeping them entertained, and helping them feel comfortable and safe. I can support with playtime, reading, simple meals, bedtime routines, helping with school work and tidying up after activities. I’m reliable, patient and calm, and I always make sure parents feel confident knowing their children are well looked after. I also achieved an A in Health and Social Care at GCSE, which has given me a strong understanding of child development, safety, and how to support children’s needs in a calm and patient way. This knowledge, combined with my practical experience babysitting my younger brother, means I’m confident, responsible, and able to look after children of different ages.
My Experience

I’m used to keeping children entertained, calm and safe, and I understand how to be patient and responsible. My Qualifications
• I have regular childcare experience from looking after my younger brother, including helping with meals, routines, and keeping him entertained.
• Currently studying A-Levels in Psychology, Sociology, Welsh BACC, and English Literature, which helps me understand child development, communication, and social behaviour.

My Availability
I’m available on weekday evenings after school and any time on weekends. During school holidays, my availability is much more flexible and I can offer daytime, evening or longer hours. I’m happy to discuss specific times with parents to find what works best for you.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
I charge a minimum of £12 per hour, with small increases for additional children. I’m happy to discuss specific rates with each family.
