About Me
I am a 25-year-old Canadian Rower who is moving to Oxford in January of 2026. I love to bake, draw and play sports and I am a certified strength and conditioning coach who has been coaching rowing for the past year. I am the middle child with an older sister and a younger brother, and I grew up in a small town in Canada. I am coming to Oxford to row for OBUBC and am looking to work alongside my training. I am someone who loves helping others and I am clean, patient and kind.
My Experience
I have over 6 years of babysitting/nannying experience with ages ranging from 11 months to 13 years. I also worked as a residential caretaker for those with intellectual disabilities. I love working with kids and doing activities with them including playing outside, making crafts or baking together. I am good with pets and have over 10 years of experience cooking meals and cleaning. I also have 2 years of experience in academic tutoring at the collegiate level in anatomy/physiology and biology courses. I can also tutor English, most math courses, statistics and biomechanics.
My Qualifications
I have taken my Red Cross babysitters training, and I have my Standard First Aid/CPR (Level C/AED). I also have a BSc. in Kinesiology and a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a Certificate in Health Promotion and Communication.
My Availability
My only commitment is my rowing training at Oxford Brookes University Boat Club. I am available from 6am-5pm on Monday, 11am-5:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday, 6am-11am and 7-9pm on Wednesday, all day Friday, after 2pm on Saturday and after 1:30pm on Sunday. I have training from 4-6pm OR 6-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays so I can flexible for whichever time works better for you.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
I am happy to talk about fees and find something that works depending on how many hours/week I am working for you.
