About Me
I am a warm, reliable and responsible professional with extensive experience in tutoring, wellbeing and supporting others. I am DBS checked and have over five years’ experience providing one-to-one tutoring, supporting students from primary age through to postgraduate level.
Alongside tutoring, I have a strong background in mental health and wellbeing, including previous support work and volunteering with Samaritans, Mind and the NHS. I am currently undertaking a Couple and Individual Psychodynamic Psychotherapy PG Dip at Tavistock Relationships as part of my professional training to qualify as a psychotherapist.
I particularly enjoy building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people and creating a calm, supportive environment. I am happy to help with homework, reading, schoolwork and educational activities, as well as general babysitting and childcare. I am patient, attentive and very mindful that every child has their own personality, interests and individual needs.
My professional background also includes working within UK Government, so I am highly organised, dependable and accustomed to positions requiring discretion, responsibility and good judgement.
I am based in London and would be very happy to discuss regular or occasional childcare, babysitting and tutoring support.
