I come from a large family, being the eldest daughter it was my responsibility to take care of my siblings. I have also volunteered with Girlguiding Scotland for many years, taking care of the 2nd Eyemouth Brownies; and I have acted as my youngest siblings' guardian when working with the Eyemouth Nursery.

I have passed my national 4 child, health and social care course, I have an emergency first aid certificate and two food hygiene awards.

I unfortunately do not have a car so must rely on public transport, thus my availability is not concrete.
