My Requirements

I have 1 daughter born April 2025. Myself and my partner both work shifts in mental health hospitals. Currently he does nights and i will be going back on to days, i will have set days i work every week but currently im not aware of which days this will be. Im looking for a suitable child minder for when i’m back at work which will be April/May 2026 but im hoping to get her started with a child minder before this for a few days to build a relationship up. Preferably need a child minder that can take my daughter by 6.30am as i will start work by 7am. Preferably need a child minder that has flexibility to mind on weekends as sometimes i may be asked to work these on rotation but not essential as husbands shifts can be planned around this.
