Hello and welcome to my profile!
My name is Nahid, I am 51 years old and I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder in Bolton.
I have worked with and cared for children for over 20 years. I provide a warm, welcoming and home-from-home childcare environment where children feel safe, happy, valued and supported to be themselves.
I am passionate about giving children the best possible start and believe that children learn best when they feel secure, confident and listened to. I take time to get to know each child as an individual, following their interests, celebrating their achievements and supporting their development at their pace.
My setting offers a balance of planned activities, child-led play, creative experiences an d plenty of opportunities to explore and learn through everyday experiences. We enjoy reading, messy and sensory play, arts and crafts, imaginative play and getting outdoors whenever possible. Myself and my team support children to develop their confidence, independence, communication, social skills and emotional wellbeing, while creating an environment where they can have fun, make friends and develop a love of learning.
I am committed to continually developing my knowledge and practice so I can provide the best possible experience for the children in my care. I am Ofsted Registered and also have completed many childcare training courses. I have completed my Paediatric First Aid course, Childminder Pre Registration Course, Keeping Children Safe and the Framework for Action. Also I have completed Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene for Early Years Setting and an in depth Safeguarding Children course. As well as these I have completed many more training and courses. My staff are all paediatric first aid trained and we all hold an Enhanced DBS and are on the update service. We also have a NHS pathways trained staff member. I have a Full UK Driving license for over 25 years and I am available for drop offs and pick ups. I provide healthy nutritional meals and snacks also. I have all relevant policies in place and I am fully insured.
I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and reassured when choosing childcare. I work closely with families and believe that strong communication and partnerships with parents are an important part of providing high quality care.
My aim is simple: to provide a safe, nurturing and stimulating home-from-home where every child feels happy, included and able to thrive.

I have over my 20 years experience working and caring for children. I offer care from new-born to teens. I offer; 9 months childcare, 2,3,4 year old funded childcare and The Childcare Grant Scheme. I also offer overnight care.

I am extremely happy with the care provided by the Nads Happy Faces, She is such a positive, caring and friendly person, and always creates a warm and welcoming environment for the children. The setting is clean, safe and well looked after, which gives me great peace of mind. Everyone is very friendly and approachable, and the staff are genuinely lovely, supportive and attentive. There is always such a positive atmosphere, and you can really see how much care and effort goes into making the children feel happy, comfortable and valued. I would highly recommend this childminder to anyone looking for a caring, friendly and positive environment for their child.

I’m very happy with the childcare provided! There is a wonderful approach to children, with lots of fun activities and games, so there’s never a dull moment. The communication with parents is also excellent, friendly and reliable. I would definitely recommend!

Honestly, it's a perfect nursery, causing no hassle for mothers. The director is wonderful, and the teachers are extremely supportive, based on my daily experience. The nursery is very clean, the environment is fantastic, and they cooperate exceptionally well and understand any situation. You can always get the best help and support; they take special care of the children and provide a very safe place for any child, where they can enjoy playing with good friends and participating in activities. I highly recommend this nursery, and what impressed me most was their ability to teach children manners, respect, and how to behave.Nads nursery is very safe; you can leave your child there all day without any worries.Many thanks for reading my review inadvance.

After a really difficult experience with negligence at my daughter’s previous child minder, I was incredibly anxious about trusting anyone else with her care. From the moment we met Nads and the other ladies, they completely put my mind at ease.
They are genuinely some of the most caring, attentive and loving people I could have hoped for to look after my child. I receive regular updates throughout the day which reassures me so much, and it’s clear how much they truly care about every child in their setting.
My daughter has allergies, and they are always extremely careful with food and anything she may come into contact with. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they take her safety and wellbeing seriously which means the world to me as a parent.
Since being with Nads, my little girl has absolutely flourished. She’s happy, confident, excited to go, and is hitting all of the right developmental milestones. The environment is warm, welcoming, nurturing and full of positivity.
I honestly could not recommend Nads highly enough. If you’re looking for childcare where your child will be genuinely loved, cared for and encouraged to thrive, this is the place. Absolutely exceptional childcare from truly wonderful people.

I would like to say a huge thank you for all the care and effort you put into looking after my daughter.
I feel very reassured knowing she is with you. The environment is always clean, safe and well organised and it’s clear how much attention you give to every detail.
I really appreciate that she has her naps on time, which has made a big difference for her (and for me!).
Even though my daughter is very attached to me and this was her first experience being away from me, she is always happy and comfortable with you, which means everything to me.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my daughter has received since starting in January. From day one, she settled in straight away.
Nad provides lovely home-cooked meals and always takes great care to cater for my daughter’s allergies, which gives me real peace of mind. She’s also incredibly flexible and accommodating, which makes a huge difference for our family as my job start date has been pushed back a couple months.
It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the children she looks after, and I feel very lucky to have found her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a warm, reliable, and nurturing environment.

Have been with Nads for over 5 years. She provides an exceptional level of care. Her home is welcoming, safe, and full of stimulating toys and learning opportunities. Our child has grown so much in confidence and independence since being with her. We appreciate her reliability, flexibility, and the genuine love she shows for the children. We highly recommend her to any family looking for quality childcare. We couldn’t ask for a better childminder.

Finding the right childminder for our son (who was only few weeks to turning one) felt like such a big decision, especially as I had only recently decided to return to work. We visited a few childminders who had lovely settings with lots of toys and space, but something just didn’t feel right and I knew if I didn’t find someone I truly felt comfortable with, I wouldn’t start work yet.
Then we met Nads, and everything changed. From the moment we walked in, she didn’t just welcome us, she made a real effort to connect with our son, and that was so comforting. Instead of just showing off her setting, her focus was on him — asking about his routine, his personality, and what makes him happy. That instantly showed the kind of person and carer she is. Her assistant is equally kind and caring, and together they made us feel like we were leaving our son in a home away from home.
Nads and her team feed him so well with fresh, home-cooked meals and fruit for snacks and she even kept to his home routine, including naps, which made the transition so much easier for him. She genuinely has his best interests at heart. Our son is a naturally smiley, happy little boy, and Nads’ bubbly personality made us confident she would nurture and keep that joy alive.
One thing I especially appreciated was how open and responsive she was to feedback. I mentioned my concern about our son going into the kitchen, and she quickly installed a baby gate, which gave me huge peace of mind. She also has fantastic communication , sending me photos and little updates which makes me feel so reassured while I’m at work.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better childminder. Nads provides not just care, but love, routine, communication, and a safe, happy environment. I would highly recommend her to any parent looking for someone who will truly treat their child as their own.

I have been using her services for my elder daughter for school pickups for a couple of years but have recently started my younger one with her and i feel at ease when my kids are with her. She is very punctual in pick ups, keen to serve good quality food and tries multiple activities with younger kids. The house is very clean and safe for kids. She also gives a sum up of my daughter's day with her in a paper form which is very helpful. She is also quite flexible with timings. I would highly recommend.
