About Me

I am a DBS-checked childcare professional and a mother, with a strong passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development. I have completed Montessori training and currently work in a Montessori school, where I apply child-centred, hands-on learning approaches in my daily practice. I truly enjoy teaching children and helping them grow in a calm, supportive and respectful environment.

My Experience

I have hands-on experience providing Montessori-based education through homeschooling my 5-year-old daughter, where I support her learning using child-led, practical and age-appropriate Montessori approaches. For the past year, I have been working at Hummingbirds Montessori School, gaining professional classroom experience with young children. Alongside this role, I have also been providing occasional childcare, homeschooling support and homework assistance for families for over a year, adapting to each child’s individual needs and learning style.

My Qualifications

I hold a university degree in Marketing and have since specialised in education through Early Childhood Montessori training as well as Primary Montessori education. I am currently continuing my professional development by studying for a distance learning degree in Early Childhood Education, further strengthening my theoretical knowledge alongside my practical experience.
