My Experience

I have been working with children since I was 16, gaining valuable experience over the years. Currently, I work under the Nest to Nurture program, where I support children’s development and well-being. I am confident in my ability to work well under pressure, staying calm and focused even in challenging situations. This experience has helped me develop strong skills in managing different needs, ensuring children feel safe, cared for, and engaged in their learning and play.

My Qualifications

I am currently doing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant course, which is helping me develop the skills and knowledge I need to support children effectively in their learning and development. Through this course, I am gaining a deeper understanding of how to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, plan activities that meet children’s individual needs, and work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals. This training also enhances my ability to manage challenging situations calmly and confidently, ensuring that I work well under pressure while always prioritizing the wellbeing and progress of the children I support.
