Poor communication, very disappointing

Sadly Natalie stopped replying to my messages and didn’t show up to our meeting, after rescheduling the first time we arranged to meet. Very disappointing and a shame, not helpful when trying to find someone to entrust your child with. I would have appreciated a message to let me know rather than just not showing up.

We hadn't actually confirmed the re arrange so it wasn't that I didn't turn up, unfortunately as a nanny when personal emergencies happen we have no one that can step in and cover, but we are only human and these things happen occasionally.
I have since reached out to explain the reason as to why I didn't reply and would of appreciated a private follow up message for me to explain rather than just a negative review on a public platform where I then have to justify my side as to not affect future job searches as its not how I operate.

Ewelina is absolutely lovely, she came to my house and met my family, my baby and dogs loved her! They were very happy in her presence. She’s also very punctual and her communication is great!

Very caring and supportive childminder

I contacted Luiyana very last minute requesting support for my 1 year old daughter due to another childminder cancelling on me. Luiyana was very supportive and welcoming, she has a caring energy about her and I felt very comfortable leaving my baby in her care despite having met for the first time. She has a lovely clean home and the other children in her care looked really happy and relaxed. She gave me updates during the day which I appreciated too. I will definitely be coming back in the future if needing support with childcare 😊
