My Requirements

The Role
We are looking for someone to join us on a part-time basis — 2 full-time working days per week — starting the week commencing 23rd March 2026. This role would suit someone who is passionate about infant care and happy working independently in a home environment.

This role has the potential to become 4 days full-time once I return to work in January 2027.

Responsibilities
- All aspects of baby care — feeding, nappy changes, settling, and nap routines
- Age-appropriate play and developmental activities
- Baby's laundry and tidying of nursery/play areas
- Mother's laundry and light housekeeping duties
- Occasional light bottle prep or feeding support

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience caring for babies under 6 months
- Paediatric first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- Valid, enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
- Comfortable being around a dog (we have a family dog at home)
- Warm, nurturing, and calm manner
- Reliable, punctual, and a good communicator
- Right to work in the UK

Strongly Preferred:
Current flu vaccination (or willingness to get one) - We will cover the cost
