My name is berfin,I am a child care practitioner, early years educator and nanny.I was a nursery nurse in a private nursery (bright horizons) for 3 years. I have had many experiences in a variety of educational settings including nurseries ,childminders-and primary schools. I previously have had many long term nannying jobs with various age groups such as new borns, under one, ages two-four. Five-Ten year olds with outstanding contactable references.
I have had many duties, roles and responsibilities in the child care sector. I have engaged well with families and created a secure base which helped build a strong,trustworthy relationship between me and the parents.
I have also offered extra adhoc baby sitting to over fifty different families.
Due to the nature of my studies and past experiences I am very confident and willing to work with children and also have the ability to cater for each child’s individual needs.
Furthermore , I strong believe practitioners that work with children must have professional characteristics such as; good communication skills, organisation skills and also have the ability to understand the child and be caring, loving, kind also enthusiastic. As a child practitioner I also believe that it is vital for practitioners to engage with children through play to develop their learning and understanding. I am confident that spending time with children a positive, stimulating and fun environment.

Berfin very kindly came to help out with my 9 month old twins on a last minute basis when I had some emergency work to deal with. Communication with Berfin has always been very easy, she was punctual and above all she was confident and had a lovely way with the babies. The twins really enjoyed spending time with Berfin, and she didn't hesitate in taking them out to the park and for walks and playing with them. Berfin is very warm and natural with babies, I would certainly recommend her nanny services to others.

Berfin did a wonderful job looking after my son Fenix from birth to 8 months old in 2025. She started as a night nanny, and was ready to go the moment we came home from hospital. We loved her support so much that we continued with her as a day nanny after 3 months.
We're first time parents, and she was so helpful in teaching us how to look after a baby, from settling to sleep and understanding his needs. She was crucial to our son's development - helped him fall asleep in his bed (which was HUGE), transition to solids (helping with meal prep too) and provided a variety of experiences (park walks, playground, children's activities.). She also did well with our dogs, providing a calming presence. Overall I highly recommend Berfin!

We have Berfin taking care of our 14 months old son since April 2024. She’s a lovely and trustworthy young lady, really enjoy spending time with kids. Apart from keeping a regular daily routine, she also took the initiative and planned extra activities. She took my son to the local library many times and even got him a library card. She also took him to the London zoo. She sometime bought nice presents for my son as well. My son loves her very much. It’s sad that we cannot hire her because my son will go to nursery full time from September. We will miss her for sure and will work with her again if there is chance.
