Excellent

Simone is absolutely brilliant with our daughter 3 days a week, and we couldn't be happier. The level of care has exceeded our expectations and it's such a relief to know we've found a safe pair of hands. The amount of effort she goes to with activities, learning, meals, and play truly is remarkable. The cherry on top is that communication has been super easy and consistent, and the setting is always kept clean. We can't recommend her highly enough, and our daughter is very happy there!

Really helpful

I needed some cover on the weekend for my daughter and Simone responded really quickly. She was so helpful and explained a bit about herself. My daughter had a really good time and felt at ease straight away. throughout the whole time Simone was quick to respond and I felt really confident my daughter would have a great time and be in safe hands.

Brilliant

We had an excellent experience with Simone. She was reliable, professional, warm and fantastic with Poppy and Woody. They felt comfortable with her straight away, and she kept them happy, engaged and well cared for throughout.

She communicated clearly, was flexible when needed and gave us complete peace of mind. We would happily use her again.
