I help individuals and families improve sleep through personalised, evidence-based strategies. My approach focuses on understanding each client’s unique sleep challenges and creating SIMPLE, SLEEP SOLUTIONS plans that promote healthy sleep habits, better rest, and overall well-being.
Option 1- I offer email and phone support to answer any questions.
Option 2- I offer home visits, to discuss in more depth how I can help and support you.
Option 3- I offer overnight stays to help guide and support sleep routines.
Option 4- I offer newborn support in the early days by staying with you for a longer period of time, to help establish a simple and sustainable sleep routine.

Kirby was an absolute game changer for me during the beginning stages of motherhood. As a new mom, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure if I was doing things ‘right,’ especially when it came to sleep. Kirby’s calm, compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. She didn’t just give me a plan—she truly listened, reassured me, and supported me every step of the way. Her guidance helped my baby (and me) get better rest, but more importantly, she gave me confidence during such a vulnerable and emotional time. I am so grateful for her support and would recommend her to any new parent without hesitation.

We had the most incredible experience with Kirby, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. From the very beginning, she was kind, calm, and deeply reassuring which is exactly the presence you hope for when navigating your new life with a baby.
Her support made a world of difference for both me, my partner and our five-month-old daughter. She took the time to really understand our routines, our challenges, and our goals, and then created a gentle, practical plan that actually worked. My daughter is now sleeping so much better, and more importantly, she’s happier, settled, and thriving. The improvement in her sleep had an immediate positive impact on our entire household.
Beyond the results, what truly set Kirby apart was how lovely she was as a person. Kirby was patient, encouraging, and never judgmental—always making me feel supported and confident as a parent. She explained everything clearly, answered every question and made the whole process feel manageable and empowering rather than overwhelming.
