My Requirements

Part-Time baby-sitter / live out nanny for Autistic Child

Hi, I am looking for a kind, patient and reliable person to provide regular after-school care for my autistic son in our home.

Hours: Approximately 3:00 pm–6:00 pm, with occasional additional hours when required.

The role would include:

Receiving him at our home when he is dropped off by his school taxi
Preparing simple/light meals or snacks and helping with feeding
Engaging and spending time with him through play and activities
Supporting his individual needs and routine
Providing personal care as required
Keeping him safe, comfortable and settled until we return home

Autism/SEND experience is essential. We are particularly looking for someone who is patient, caring, dependable and comfortable supporting a child with additional needs and personal care.

This is intended to be a regular, ongoing arrangement, so we would ideally like to find someone who can get to know our son, understand his routine and build a trusting relationship with him over time.
